Your stories are woven with triumphs, struggles, and an unwavering determination to shape a world where opportunities are not dictated by gender but by passion, skill, and vision.” He paid tribute to the trailblazers—women who courageously defied societal norms, shattered barriers, and made groundbreaking contributions in their respective fields. Their courage, he noted, serves as a beacon of inspiration, proving that no dream is too ambitious and no goal too distant. However, even as we celebrate these milestones, the struggle for gender equality persists. Women continue to face disparities in leadership, education, and economic opportunities. Many still fight for their voices to be heard, rights to be acknowledged, and safety to be guaranteed. Engr. Chukwuma stressed that collective action is essential in addressing these challenges: “As members of ISWSC, our responsibility extends beyond excelling in our fields. We must lift others as we rise—mentoring, supporting, and empowering the next generation of women leaders.
