Purpose:
The FPIU team convened a meeting with the IAs/SPIU team to provide technical support for the continuation of the SURWASH project implementation. The meeting aimed to review the general work plan and ensure alignment with the criteria for LGAs site selection, baseline survey, proposal development, stakeholder engagement, staff training, procurement procedures, project supervision, and storage capacity building for water supply.

Meeting Overview:
The meeting was organized into four groups, each focusing on specific agencies including ISWSC, ISSTOWA, RUWASSA, and Sanitation Officers. Representatives from each agency provided insights and updates on their respective areas of responsibility within the SURWASH project.
