The main objectives of this review is to ensure that the policies guiding the ISWSC in the execution of the SURWASH program and beyond to be effective, efficient and reflective of current trends and to enhance effective management and sustainability.

The ISWSC policies been reviewed by the consultant, Mr Ogala David Polycap, who stated clearly for maximum and comprehensive understanding of the following:

(2) Metering
(3) Menstrual Health Policy
(4) New water connection
(5) Sexual harassment policy
(6)Customer service policy
(7) Compensation policy
(8) Occupational Health and Safety Policy
(9) Succession plan policy
(10) WASH policy
