Led by the seasoned software consultant, Engr Olojede Oluyinka, the comprehensive training delved into various components of the internal memo module, ensuring that the management gained a complete understanding of its functionalities. The following key components were covered:
1. Compose: This component gives the users the ability to create new internal memos using either a direct ERP input or through an upload of Ms-Word document. This feature allows users to draft messages with relevant recipients, subjects, and content.
2. View and Read: This enables users to access received internal memos and read their content only. This feature promotes seamless information dissemination within the organization.
3. Comment and Feedback: Despite the restriction place on certain users, this collaborative aspect allows authorized users to provide comments, feedback, or annotations on specific internal memos, facilitating efficient communication and decision-making processes.
